A: We'll quote you the best price according to your quantity, so please let us know your quantity when you making an inquiry.
Q2: What's your MOQ?
A: Our brand stock items have no MOQ. For OEM/ODM orders: Generally, jackets MOQ 500 Pcs, helmets 300–500 Pcs, boots 500 pairs. Please let us know your quantity and we will confirm the exact MOQ.
Q3: Do you offer CE-certified products?
A: Yes, The certification depends on the product and the target market. The products we have obtained CE certification include clothing, gloves, boots, protective gear. Helmets usually have DOT or ECE certification.
Q4: Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes, we are the manufacturer (SCOYCO) and support OEM/ODM: your logo, colors, designs and custom packaging are all available. Please share your logo file / design drawings and target quantity; a mold fee may apply. We have an in-house design team and can work from sketches or samples.
Q5: What about the shipping & delivery of my order?
A: Delivery time is usually 3-10 working days depending on the order size and variety. The shipping cost depends on the weight/volume, destination country and transportation method. Please provide the delivery address, quantity and preferred method so that the shipping cost can be accurately calculated.
Q6: Could you provide samples?
A:Yes, samples are available. A sample fee applies (commonly around double the unit price for OEM/ODM items, and a mold fee may be added for new tooling) .Stock items can also be purchased individually to test quality.
Q7: What about the payment?
A: Small orders 100% payment before shipping ; Bulk orders T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before shipping. We provide flexible payment options including TT (Telegraphic Transfer), LC (Letter of Credit), and Trade Assurance.
